Identify
Confirm the patient fits the selection criteria on your specialty track.

Hand off
Share the enrollment link and note the referral in the chart. The patient enrolls directly and is evaluated by an Allermi-affiliated prescriber via telehealth.

Co-manage
With patient consent, care-team progress reporting is available so you can close the loop. Concurrent structural or surgical management stays with you.
The clinician refers; Allermi prescribes and dispenses
Under 503A, prescriptions are patient-specific. The referring clinician is a referrer, not a prescriber or dispenser of Allermi.
